IC/ICC plays a very important role in imparting justice under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“POSH Act”). However, most IC/ICC members being from a non legal background are at times is notwell equipped to administer justice under the POSH Act.
